Question:

What is the ruling on performing Salah whilst in a minor state of impurity?

Answer:

Salah is not valid without wudu. If one fears the termination of the Eid or funeral prayer then one should perform tayammum (dry ablution). It is compulsory to have wudu to perform the Jumu’ah and the five daily prayers even if one is certain that performing wudu will result in him missing the Jumu’ah or the congregational prayer.
