Question:

What do the scholars and experts of shari’ah say regarding the following scenario: After we buried a deceased person, it rained. Some Muslims mentioned that if it rains on a new grave, it is a good sign that the deceased person will enter paradise. Is this true?

Answer:

Rain can be taken as a good omen especially if it rained out of a normal course.
